Paul “Randy” Bazemore: A Legacy of Service and Local Expertise
A native of Beaufort, SC, Randy Bazemore brings a unique "boots-on-the-ground" perspective to Lowcountry real estate. Growing up on the local waters, Randy’s deep roots range from working as a teenage commercial crabber to navigating the complex world of waterfront property sales.
From the Cockpit to the Closing Table
Before founding Paul Bazemore Realty & Associates, LLC, Randy served a distinguished career as a Navy Captain and Pilot. With over 2,300 flight hours and 299 carrier landings—including being named the top carrier aviator aboard the USS Saratoga—Randy applies the same precision, discipline, and calm under pressure to his real estate transactions that he used in the cockpit.
Decades of Proven Experience
Randy’s real estate career began in 1995 while serving as the Director of Operations for the Naval Reserve Recruiting Command. Since becoming a Broker Associate in 1998, he has held leadership roles at major firms across Beaufort and Charleston before reopening his independent firm in Hollywood, SC. Today, he focuses his expertise on residential and waterfront properties, helping clients navigate the nuances of Lowcountry living.
At Home in the Lowcountry
A 1970 Clemson University graduate, Randy is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Wanda, are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to five. Beyond real estate, Randy is a published children’s author, known for The Legend of the Putter Frog of Frogmore, SC. Whether he is helping a family find their dream waterfront home or sharing a local legend, Randy remains committed to the community he has always called home.
